How long does the mortgage process take?
Most loans close in 21-30 days from contract. Some loans can close in as few as 10 days depending on the loan type and complexity. We'll give you a clear timeline at the start of the process.
What is the minimum down payment required?
Down payment requirements vary by loan type. Conventional loans start at 3% down, FHA at 3.5%, and VA and USDA loans offer zero down payment options for eligible borrowers.
Do you offer loans for investment properties?

What credit score do I need?
