What are your office hours?
The Richardson Mortgage Team answers calls and texts Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. You can also send a message through this page at any time, and we respond as soon as we are back.
Where is your office?
Our branch office is at 814 West North Loop, Unit B, Austin, TX 78756, in the North Loop area. Most of our clients never need to visit, since applications, documents and disclosures are handled digitally, but you are welcome to meet in person.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually the same day. Messages sent during business hours typically get a reply within a few hours. If you are under contract or up against a deadline, call 512-657-1333 so we can move right away.
Do I need to be in Austin to work with you?
No. The team is licensed in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas, and the process is fully digital, so we can help you buy or refinance anywhere in those states.
