Editorial standards

Every loan program page, guide and glossary entry is written or reviewed by Kyle Richardson, Branch Manager and licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #863464) at Network Funding, LP (NMLS #2297). Content drafted with help from our marketing team or writing tools is reviewed by a licensed loan officer before it is published.

Program minimums, such as down payment and credit score floors, come from Network Funding's current product guide. General program rules link to the agency that sets them: HUD for FHA, the Department of Veterans Affairs for VA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for conventional loans, the FHFA for conforming loan limits, USDA for rural eligibility, the CFPB for consumer protections, and Texas agencies for Texas-specific rules. Each page lists its sources.

We do not quote interest rates or monthly payment examples in articles, because rates change daily and depend on your full application. We do not invent statistics, reviews or credentials. Client reviews are quoted exactly as published on Experience.com and Google.

Loan program pages show the date their guidelines were last reviewed. We review program pages whenever the product guide changes and at least once a year, and we update guides when rules or limits change.
