ITIN loan
Definition: An ITIN loan is a mortgage for borrowers who file taxes with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number instead of a Social Security number, typically offered through non-QM lending programs.
ITIN loans generally look at tax returns, bank statements, or other income documentation, along with an ITIN letter and valid identification. Credit can come from traditional reports or, with some programs, alternative references. Down payment, reserve and documentation requirements vary by program.
These loans help many long-time residents and small business owners build equity who cannot use FHA or standard conventional financing. Our ITIN options include full doc, DSCR and lite doc paths, and we also offer DACA, foreign national, and work visa programs through our non-QM lineup.
